What is the maximum capacity?

Maximum capacity is 200 guests.

 

What hours are available for my event?

Events may begin at any time of day per contract but must conclude by 12:30 am.

 

How many hours are in the daily rates?

The alpha Center will be available form 9 am to 12:30 am for a daily rate customers.

 

What is your deposit policy?

A 25% deposit at contract signing is required for events greater than 6 months out and balance due no later than 30 days prior to the events. A 50% deposit is required for events less than 6 months out and balance due to later than 15 days prior to the event.

 

How early can I reserve your venue?

Nine months before scheduled event.

 

Is security required?

Yes. Check with your coordinator to get exact details.

 

Is event insurance required?

Event insurance is not required but strongly recommended for you protection.

 

What is your policy for children?

Parents or guardian are required to watch their children at all times.

 

Is parking available?

Ample free parking is available on-site.
